Opening Restrictions under the traffic light system

 

 

As per New Zealand Government guidance, Palm Springs will

re-open from Friday 3rd December 2021 with the required restrictions under the COVID-19 Protection Framework.

(We are no longer requiring proof of vaccine pass as to the change from 5/4/2022)

AT RED

As to the restriction on numbers of customers (of 100 pp) that we can accommodate at one time,

- you may be asked to wait from entering if the limit has been reached.

- It is recommended to call, and make a group booking prior if you have over 15 people in your group

-Masks can come off when in the water or when dining from Palm Springs Café, but for all other occasions, please we respectfully ask all our customers to keep your mask on.

- There is a limit of 10 pp in the rock pool at once

- Please ensure to keep 1 metre social distance from other bubbles.
