We want to assure your experience at Palm Springs Geothermal Pools Complex is a safe and enjoyable one.

​

Following the Government's announcement, we have put up extra safety measures for our customers and staff.

​

1. Hand Sanitisers will be placed at reception for customers to use when entering the facility.

​

2. Contactless payment (Paywave) will be available and encouraged to minimize physical contact.

​

3. You will be required to scan our QR code or write your contact details upon entrance for contact tracing purposes.

​

4. We will perform additional cleaning and disinfecting routines throughout the day to high contact surfaces such as door handles, chairs and tables.

​

5. Customers will be encouraged to proactively maintain social distancing between yourself and any other customer or staff.

​

6. Under operations during Alert Level 2, we will limit the number of customers in the facility to 100 following the Government's guidelines.

​

7. Under operations during Alert Level 2, group bookings are disabled for the period until Alert level 1.

​

8. Our waters are safe from Covid-19 as our water is constantly filtered through our water filtration system.

​

Follow the Ministry of Health’s guidelines for keeping yourself safe including increased hand washing and staying at home if you or anyone in your family is sick. If you feel any flu-like symptoms please do not plan a visit but follow the Ministry of Health's Guidelines. Any visitors that are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 will be asked to leave and visit us another time.
